Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Qracle ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Qracle is a multi-model AI council platform that routes your queries to multiple AI models, facilitates deliberation between them, and synthesizes their responses. The Service is provided via web interface and API.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Credits and Billing

• The Service operates on a credit-based system. Different processing modes consume different amounts of credits.
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Subscription plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. API Usage

• API keys are issued per organization and must not be shared publicly.
• Rate limits apply per organization (see your plan details).
• Automated abuse, credential stuffing, or excessive load may result in throttling or suspension.
• You are responsible for securing your API keys. Compromised keys should be revoked immediately via Settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit systems, or authentication
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Service's proprietary logic
• Resell access to the Service without authorization
• Submit queries designed to extract training data from underlying AI models

7. AI-Generated Content

Responses from the Qracle council are generated by third-party AI models. While our verification pipeline aims to improve accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated response. You are responsible for evaluating and verifying AI outputs before acting on them.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your input queries. AI-generated responses are provided under a non-exclusive license for your use. The Qracle platform, brand, and proprietary algorithms remain our intellectual property.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service depends on third-party AI providers and infrastructure. We are not liable for downtime caused by external dependencies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qracle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
